These people are a pack of stupid. I don’t think they understand suing everyone will kill them in the end.

    Go read the linked story from the Digg post before you jump to too many conclusions. The article states that some industry analysts think the RIAA may try that legal tact at some unspecified time in the future. There isn't any pending litigation between the RIAA and the sat radio services regarding recording broadcasts.

    I can't believe people treat the headlines on Digg as fact.
  • I did read the article. It does indeed say they are in talks and it could goto court. True the title is misleading, yet still the fact of the matter is, the RIAA is rattling sabers again.
